FINANCIAL AID

For those who qualify there is Financial Aid available through RWM Fiber Optics which can pay for all of the tuition plus educational related costs. The process is simple: you can apply online or contact the school for an application.

Interest Rates: Prime +1 to Prime +9 ; Rates are based on credit. Borrowers with high credit scores or borrowers who submit co-borrowers with high credit scores will receive the most desirable rates.
Repayment: Borrowers can choose to repay the loan anywhere between 1 - 15 years. There is no prepayment penalty.
Loan Amounts: Borrow up to 60% over the tuition amount.
Co-Borrowers: A student may apply with a co-borrower up front, which increases the chances for approval and may lower the rate. If a student makes the first 24 payment the co-borrower may be dropped off the loan.

Enter Co-borrower Data (if necessary) - Loan rate is heavily dependent on borrower or co-borrower's credit rating. Choose a co-borrower with a better credit rating.

You can contact the financial aid office at 310-769-5773 and ask for a financial aid application faxed to you or download the financial aid application by clicking HERE

After completing your part of the financial aid application, FAX the application to 310-769-0990. The school's financial aid office will fill out and sign the school's portion of the application and submit for approval.

Within 48 hours, RWM will receive notification. If the application is approved, a promissory note and disclosure will be sent by RWM to the applicant. The applicant needs to sign the promissory note and disclosure and submit a recent pay stub and signature Id (driver's license, social security card..etc) and send it back to RWM.
Should a co-borrower be required, RWM will inform the applicant to re-apply. If approved both the co-borrower and the applicant will need to furnish recent pay stubs and signature Id's. All signatures, must be original and signed in blue ink.
